How Askari Infotech collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website. Last updated: November 2026.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Askari Infotech ("we", "us"), A-1, 16, Gajalaxmi Society, Sahakarnagar No. 1, Pune - 411009, Maharashtra, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), Askari Infotech is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website.
2. Personal data we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, company, business email address, telephone number, the service and city you select, and the content of your message. We also receive limited technical information that is routinely processed by web servers (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and operation of the website. If you accept analytics, we also collect the usage information described in section 8.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or proposal you have requested.
- To maintain a record of business correspondence.
- To protect the website against spam, abuse and security threats.
- If you accept analytics: to understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
We process the personal data you submit through the enquiry form on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting. We process analytics data only if you click "Accept analytics". You may withdraw either consent at any time (see sections 7 and 8). Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and we may need to retain certain records where the law requires.
4. Who receives your data
Enquiries are delivered by email to our sales team at sales@askari.co.in and are handled using Microsoft 365 services. If you accept analytics, usage data is processed by Google (see section 8). We use technology and hosting providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
5. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, including any resulting business relationship, and for any period required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for the period configured in our account (no longer than 14 months).
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and spam protection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and how to contact us
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to obtain information about the personal data we process, to request correction and erasure, to withdraw consent, to nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, and to have your grievance addressed. To exercise these rights or raise a grievance, email info@askari.co.in with the subject line "Privacy request". We will respond within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. With your permission, it uses Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-B3XMWDT4E1), a web analytics service provided by Google, to measure how visitors use the website (for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors reach the site).
- Consent first. When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline analytics. Until you click "Accept analytics", no Google Analytics script is loaded and no data is sent to Google. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a decline and do not show the banner.
- What is collected if you accept: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site. We also record that an enquiry was sent and the service and city categories selected, but never the name, email, telephone number or message you enter.
- Cookies set if you accept:
Cookie Purpose Typical duration _ga Distinguishes returning visitors (random identifier) Up to 2 years _ga_B3XMWDT4E1 Maintains session state Up to 2 years - Limits we apply: Google signals and advertising personalisation are switched off.

9. Third-party links and Google reviews
This website links to third-party sites, including social-media platforms and Google, where you can choose to leave a review of Askari Infotech. Those links simply open the other site in a new tab; nothing is sent to them from this website. If you write a review, it is handled by Google under Google's own privacy policy and terms, and is published under your Google account. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised. If we change how analytics is used, we will ask for your choice again.
