It depends on user count, devices, security needs and compliance. Business plans suit smaller organisations; Enterprise plans add advanced security, compliance and management features. We map each user group to the lowest plan that meets its needs.
Can you migrate us from on-premises Exchange or another email platform?
Yes. We migrate mailboxes, calendars and files with a pilot group first, then in planned waves, and we agree the cut-over date with you.
Is our data ready for Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Copilot works with data your users can already access. If permissions are too open, Copilot can surface things you did not intend. We review permissions and labelling first, then enable it for the right groups.
